Hostile Environment Training (3-day course)

Each day comprises of a theory-based topic in which notes are taken and material is

provided for studying, and a practical hands-on portion that focuses on unarmed combat.

The unarmed combat sessions for all three days revolve around the same technical and

tactical model, but applied to different threat scenarios. This ensures that attendees are

given the chance to ingrain and absorb what they are taught. Day 3 offers the opportunity

to test these skills under pressure.

          Pre-emptive self defense (practical)

Day2: Counter-gun (practical)

          Escape and evasion (theory)

Day3: Counter-knife and pressure-test (practical)
